Vinyasa
A dynamic, breath-centered flow designed to build strength, balance, and flexibility. This energizing practice awakens the body, sharpens the mind, and leaves you feeling grounded, centered, and ready. All levels welcome.
Intro Class
Designed to introduce the fundamentals. Including breath-to-movement synchronization, proper alignment, and mindful movement. You will learn how to connect your breath with movement as you flow through basic poses, such as Sun Salutations, standing poses, and gentle stretches.
Hip Opening and Stretching
A slower, grounding class dedicated to releasing tension and increasing mobility in the hips, hamstrings, and lower back. Through longer-held stretches and mindful breathing, this practice encourages deep relaxation while improving flexibility and circulation. For beginners, athletes or anyone looking to balance out stronger practices

Mat Pilates
Barre Body Sculpting
Barre is a low-impact fitness workout inspired by ballet that incorporates elements of Pilates, body sculpting, and strength training. It uses a stationary ballet barre for support and involves small, precise, repetitive movements designed to strengthen muscles, improve flexibility, and enhance posture and core strength. Barre workouts focus on high repetitions, isometric holds (muscle contractions without movement), and controlled pulses to fatigue muscles, especially in the lower body and core, while also promoting balance and body awareness.
Barre workouts are done in group classes, last 30 to 60 minutes, and may include props such as light weights, resistance bands, or balls. The exercises combine strength, flexibility, and endurance training, and they engage muscles not often targeted by traditional workouts. Barre is accessible to beginners and is known for helping improve posture, muscle tone, flexibility, and overall body conditioning without high-impact strain.
Breathwork & Meditation
Breathwork involves consciously controlling breathing patterns to enhance physical, mental, and emotional well-being, offering quick effects like stress reduction and improved focus. Meditation training centers on cultivating mindfulness and mental stillness for emotional balance and self-awareness, typically developing benefits over time. Breathwork meditation combines both using controlled breathing within meditation to deepen relaxation and presence. Together, these practices complement each other, promoting overall well-being through different but synergistic approaches.
