Ali G is a body sculpting and group fitness instructor with over a decade of experience. Starting out as an aerialist and fire performer from her late teens, she found body sculpting as a way to find a mind-body connection and to relax after crazy days. When you take her class, be prepared to work, to laugh, and to feel seen. 

Power Vinyasa: You will be guided through an energetic, faster-paced flow with dynamic sequencing that features quicker transitions from one asana to the next while focusing on connecting deeply to your breath. Class is open to all levels. 

Sculpt: Body sculpting has a strong focus on strength and intensity. Sculpt combines hand weights, strength building, and cardio, making this class unlike your typical body sculpting classes and more of a full-body workout. However, what sets body sculpting apart from other intense workouts is that body sculpting, like all body sculpting classes, preserves the mental and meditative components of body sculpting.Â
