Abby was born and raised in a small Canadian town, playing hockey. She discovered Pilates 10 years ago and has been practicing ever since. Love at first plank. Movement and breathwork have anchored her through her twenties and helped guide her to NYC. Abbey loves hot coffee, puttering in the city, sudoku, and roasted cashews. 

HIIT Pilates is a low-impact, high-energy class inspired by Pilates principles to build muscle and increase stamina. It’s a full-body workout with highlights like glute bridges, abs, abs, abs, and a taste of interval training! Props include resistance bands and blocks. Heated class, all levels welcome. 

Mat Pilates is a challenging low-impact class that follows traditional Pilates principles with attention to your alignment and breath. Props include resistance bands and weighted Pilates balls. Heated class, all levels welcome.
