Our Instructors
Audrey Mayen
Audrey founded StillCore during a pivotal career time in her life. She switched from a corporate to a wellness lifestyle. She is now a certified yoga instructor dedicated to helping students build strength, improve flexibility, and cultivate mindfulness through intentional movement and breath. Her classes are welcoming, accessible, and supportive for practitioners of all levels, creating a safe space where everyone feels encouraged to explore their practice at their own pace. Drawing on traditional yoga philosophy and modern movement techniques, she emphasizes alignment, balance, and the mind-body connection, empowering students to leave each class feeling stronger, more grounded, and refreshed.
Yukiko Mullen
Yukiko holds Music Together® Certification Levels I & II. She serves as the children's music instructor and teaches the certified program by Music Together® that is designed to support children’s musical development. For almost two decades, Yukiko has worked with more than 1,300 families in Tokyo, Japan, Dallas, Texas, and now in NYC. Seeing children's musical and social-emotional development in classes has absorbed her completely. She finds it the greatest joy to help parents create a beautiful bond with their child(ren) through music-making.
Penny Shen
Penny is certified in Mat Pilates and Barre Fusion techniques. She has 15 years of competitive national-level rhythmic gymnastics training with strong emphasis on flexibility, strength, balance, and precision. She delivers dynamic, alignment-focused classes with clear cueing and precise form correction. Combining strong body control and musicality. She creates an engaging and refined experience for every member, building strong connections with diverse and international clientele.
